NOW, THEREFORE, We provides DHR products and services under Cityray Technology (China) Co. Ltd. and formulates this Privacy Policy by reminding you that:
This Policy is applicable to DHR products and services, including DHR APP and other third party service (See in Part 1 Definitions hereafter) and/or hardware that integrating of certain DHR features/services (as actually provided by DHR).
It should be especially noted that, this Policy shall not apply to apply to the services provided directly by other third parties through the foregoing DHR Services platform (collectively referred to as "Third Party Service"), such as the third party application service that you choose and use through the DHR Location and other related functions that you use are the services delivered by third parties. Before choosing to use the Third Party Services, you should read and fully understand the Third Party Services¡¯ product function, service agreement and privacy policy before choose and use the Third Party Services and you are also binding with the third party user agreements if there are any.
Prior to the use of DHR products or services, please carefully read and thoroughly understand this Policy and confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy before using relevant products or services. Your use of DHR products or services shall be deemed as you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy.

Part 1 Legal Statement
1. Ownership
DHR Logo, trademarks, trade
names and service names are valuable assets. Without the written authorization
of us, you shall not display, use or otherwise process any of the said assets
in any way including but not limited copy, distribute, present to the public,
upload and download, or represent to others that you have the right to do so.
All
of DHR products, services, technologies and applications or its
modules/functions/names
are entitled with intellectual property rights and the rights
belong to the owner or holder of DHR.
Our
Team owns all rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark right,
patent right, trade secret) and any other related rights in, of and to all
products, technologies, software, programs, data and other information
(including but not limited to texts, graphs, pictures, photos, audios, videos,
charts, colors, layout and electronic files) contained in the Services
hereunder are vested in DHR, unless otherwise stated by us. Without our
permission, any individual must not use the said contents (including but not
limited to monitor, copy, distribute, present to the public, upload and download
via the APP or any device). For authorized DHR Services and products to scan,
copy, print or share, you must not to use them for any commercial purposes and
you must include this statement in the use of any part of the Services thereof.
2. Limitation of Liability
DHR Users can upload, provide and publish relative information via DHR APP including but not limited to user name, company name, contacts information, related pictures and news etc. You shall be solely responsible for all your information provided.
Our reproduced contents (including from forums) is for better service for our Users including enterprises and organizations. The reproduction does not mean we agree with their opinions or confirm the authenticity of contents.
We hereby to inform, you shall obey the laws of the People Republic of China when you are using DHR products and services. You shall not endanger Internet security and violate other individual reputation, privacy, intellectual property and other legal rights and activities. You shall take such responsibility on your own under prior remind though, for which we shall not be liable for your purpose of your use of DHR products and services.
3. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
We respect intellectual property, against and combat the infringement of intellectual property. Any organization or individual who assumes and claims DHR products or services and services/contents/products that are provided by the third party via DHR is violating or may violate their intellectual property rights shall contact us via out hotline [400-823-6228]. We will respond to notices and take actions to stop or prevent such violations once we have identified that they are the holder of the intellectual property right.
Part 2 Privacy Policy
DHR provides bottom plugs including photograph, map and notification etc. with hybrid cloud structure. When you log in the APP, your business content will be loaded by H5 technology with your private server, and your private Internet security will protect relative data and server. Security region in our system supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Agreement, and 128-bit encryption technology which is the industry standard of Internet communication technologies to ensure data security.
1. How we collect your information in your use of DHR Services
When you are using DHR Services, in order to provide you with more and better compatible services to improve your experience of DHR Service, we need to collect your information and may connect these information in the following two aspects:
1) Device information: On the basis of the specific authorizations granted by you in installation and use of the software, we will receive and record information relating to the device used by you (e.g., device model, operating system version, device settings。
2) Log information: When
you use products or services provided by our DHR products and services, we will
automatically collect detailed operation log information relating to your use
of our services and save them as network logs.
3) Location
Information: We access location info through your device (such as IP address,
GPS/ Beidou location and sensor information such as
Wi-Fi access point, Bluetooth and base station information that can provide
relevant information). (We only collect your geographic location at that time,
while the location information of each period will not be combined to
track you) The purpose of location service is to judge: (include but not
limited to) attendance clock-in, outside the office clock-in, outside the
office application, outside the office clock-in approval, and etc.
4) Additional
functions based on camera: you can use this additional functions to
process: ( including but not limited to)
scan QR code, camera function.
5) Additional
functions based on picture uploading: you can upload your photos in DHR to
share functions: (including but not limited
to) approve picture uploading, filling in personal/job information
and profile uploading, etc. The pictures you upload will be kept in
the server of your company.
The above
additional features may require you to open your location service, camera,
album, etc. to us through your device to realize the collection and
use of the information involved in these features.
You understand and agree that the enterprise is the date controller. The DHR Team only opens, manages and uses the DHR Services to process your personal information/data according to the choice of the enterprise. The enterprise shall ensure that they have obtained explicit consent of individual DHR users in advance, and only collect the necessary end-user information for the purpose of enterprise operation and management, and have been fully informed the purpose, scope and usage of end-user related data as collected.
2. How we manage information provided by you
In the process of using DHR Service, you may actively contact us to give feedback on the experience of DHR products and services, help us better understand your experience and needs of using and improving our products or services, and we may record your contact information, your question and suggestion, etc. so that we may get back to you with our further feedback.
3. How we use your information
In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we are constantly striving to improve our technology, and then we may need to use your information for certain purposes. In this regard, we may:
1) maintain, improve or optimize features or functions that DHR Services are providing to you;
2) launch new or optimized functions and upgrade services in your current use from time to time.
4. How we protect your Personal Information
1) Client information and data in exposure to us or we will deal with are necessary information that Cityray staff including engineers require to understand our clients¡¯ demands and business. We only have access to these data in the storage of the Client Center with the consent of appointed or specified individual from our clients.
2) We will only disclose or share your Personal Information in such circumstances that the government, legal department and other regulatory agencies, but prior to which with your explicit consent.
3) DHR has established an industry-leading data security management system which centers on data and is implemented based on data life cycle, and has made efforts to improve the security of the entire system. Currently, our key information system has passed ISO 27001 information security management system certification.
4) We will not disclose or share your system information and data with any external enterprises, organizations and third parties unless we have your (or your specified individual) written authorization, or we are required by law, or have noticed you (or your specified individual) in advance.
5) We may collect and understand your Personal Information in order to provide you with better products, customer services and experience.
6) We will take reasonable and feasible measures to store your personal information and try our best to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. We will only keep your personal information for the period required to achieve the purpose stated in the Policy and the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
7) The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Please note that there is no ¡°completely perfect secure measures in your use of Internet even though we take actions to ensure security. We will do our reasonable effort to ensure the security of any information you send us.
Part 3 Update this Policy
Our Policy may change from time to time.
Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce and/or restrict the rights you are entitled to under this Policy. We will publish any change to this Policy on DHR official homepage at www.cityray.cn.
Significant changes to this Policy are included but not limited to the follows:
1. Our service pattern changes greatly. Such as the purposes of dealing with DHR user¡¯s personal information and the way of using your information etc.;
2. Our internal department charging the security, its contact information, and complaints channels change;
3. Any DHR user information security impact assessment indicates that there is a high risk.
